• Activity: picks, bet slips, and parlays you save, plus messages you send to other members.
• Email preferences: whether you opted in to the daily Top 5 email.
• Usage data: basic, privacy-friendly analytics such as pages visited, device type, and referring site.

How we use it

• To run your account, save your picks, and grade your tracked slips.
• To send the daily picks email only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand and improve the site.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, database, and email delivery), or when required by law. If you click a sportsbook link, that sportsbook may record the referral under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can update your email preferences in Account Settings and permanently delete your account and data anytime with the "Delete my account" button in Account Settings. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service.

Age

The Prop Board is intended for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21.
